Val d’Isère-Tignes resort :300 kms of ski runs, 1900m of vertical, the legendary Face de Bellevarde and the marvelous Pissaillas glacier is at your feet. Pretty rare in Val d'isere : a flat and snowy garden is at your disposal for snowmen and igloos...

On 250m² Chalet la Marsa is made of Savoie antique wood and modern furnitures, providing a very comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere when returning from the slopes. The living room fireplace will welcomes you in an extended and modernized atmosphere of 40m², open space on the new bright dining room with direct access to the fully renovated kitchen. Redesigned for your needs (friendly and very comfortable preparation of your meals) and for your dedicated staff (breakfast and teatime service). The upper-level home cinema lounge remains in its warm and cosy spirit, with children’s playing corner and relaxation area (Jacuzzi for 6 persons, sauna for 3 persons).

The sleeping area consists as folows, on 3 levels :

• 2 bedrooms (12m² - 15m²) with balcony access and view on hamlet. Twin/double bed. One with shower and separated toilets. the other with bathroom with toilets. TV in each. inter-connected.
• 2 bedrooms (16m² - 11m²) with south exposure terraces, one twin/double bed ensuited bathroom with toilets, TV. One with top of the range 160cms bedding*, ensuite showerroom with toilets) TV in each. inter-connected. *from the Italian specialist manufacturer Pol74: quality of a daily sleeping, not an 'extra' sleeping. (slatted base and pocket springs mattress thickness :15cm)
• 2 bedrooms (18m² - 18m²) with windows on the garden. Twin/double bed. extra bed possible for children. Bathrooms with toilets, television for each one.

Bed linen, bath towels, bathrobes, slippers and Shampoo-Soap Sarmance, mini-toiletries CATTIER are furnished.

Chalet La Marsa is located in the most typical Val-d’Isère village : Le Fornet. At an altitude of 1950 m there is snow all winter.
